Came in last minute for a service that needed to be done. Got greeted by Neil he was super nice, accommodating, and helpful. Although they usually take appointments I didn’t know and he fit me in without any question! Christine was also super helpful when I asked her questions about what my next steps should be. Love this place!

This is the only shop I go to and expect to get great and fast service. Thank you so much for continuing to be a reliable and fair on your price. Will not be taking my vehicles any place else.

Five Points service center provided one the best service experience I have ever received. Very organized and honest, told me exactly what I needed and wasn’t trying to offer me things I didn’t need. As someone who has grown up working on my own cars, I typically don’t trust mechanics but I will be returning here for sure and get most of the work done to my vehicle in the future!

I have a 15 year old Volvo XC70 and the car looks in great shape with many asking how old my car is as they think it’s pretty new. However I do not do the regular Volvo maintenance. The car needed a bit of work and Neil was very good at explaining to me which repairs were necessary. It was worth it to have a knowledgeable person like Neil do the work as my Volvo has 197K miles so it’s still a baby in the diaper phase. I look forward to many more years of Neil and Christina keeping my car in good running order. And hearing all of Neil’s stories!!!!

I booked an appointment for an emissions inspection and they were able to get me in right away. Pulled right up and was done in about 10 minutes. Neil was great to talk too. Very knowledgeable. Happy to support a small business.
